      The office location is cool, and base salary is pretty competitive.

      Cons

      Leadership is still not figuring things out even 2 years later. Had been pre-revenue from when they began until I left.

      Pros

      The CTO and senior developers are very knowledgeable and professional. Great agile team environment. Great opportunities to grow and exposed to the new technology.

      Cons

      The demand can be tough. I worked for 12-16 hours a day for a while to make sure the necessary features are implemented. But afterwards got laid off due to their financial difficulties. Not flexible in working hours while most of them still work after hours to make sure things are running properly.
