No cons at all if you are working good

I started my career with BoTree in 2015 and worked for 3 years. It was a great learning experience. I learnt Ruby on Rails, ReactJS, React Native and acquired many more technical and non-technical capabilities. A lot I have gained in my career is because of what I learnt and implemented with the team at BoTree. I left BoTree without providing the necessary notice period. Something happened and I was upset. As per the employee agreement, I did not receive the relieving documents. After 2 years, I reached out to BoTree as there was a great opportunity I had and I wanted to not let it go. They asked for the relieving letter from BoTree and I was put in a bad position. I hesitantly reached out to the BoTree management and to my surprise, I immediately received a positive response from them. They said it is important that anybody who works with us or has worked with us, grows. I would like to recommend BoTree to anyone who wants to achieve the next level in his career. I wish all the very best to BoTree. Thank you for everything.
