I would not recommend working at this company to anyone thinking of joining. While they advertise themselves as caring about delivering a great customer journey, the reality couldn’t be more different. Management only cares about conversion rates and hitting unrealistic time targets, you’re expected to assess a claim in under three minutes, regardless of the client’s situation or needs.
The bonus structure, which used to be a positive part of the job, has now been made almost impossible to achieve. It’s clear that bonuses are just dangled in front of staff without any real intention of paying them out fairly. If you actually try to take the time to give clients a proper, supportive experience (the kind they claim to pride themselves on), you end up being dragged into meetings and essentially reprimanded for not “sticking to the script.”
I have never had a fear of losing a job before, but working here made me feel constantly on edge and undervalued. Instead of feeling supported, you feel like you’re walking on eggshells every day.
Overall, it’s a toxic environment where quality work is not valued, and employees are treated unfairly. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere.
