We never want anyone to feel disrespected, and we take concerns around personal wellbeing, communication, and sensitivity very seriously. While we aim to foster empathy in the work we do, we appreciate your perspective on how certain training exercises may have felt inappropriate or misjudged — that’s important feedback and will be reviewed.
If any current team members ever feel unable to raise concerns openly, we encourage them to speak confidentially to their line manager or a member of the People Team. We’re committed to making improvements based on honest input like yours.
