      - Work has real impact - Group up building and full feature deployments - Very technical and knowledgable people to work with, will push you to grow

      Cons

      - No company culture or any social aspect - Low morale due to 4 consecutive layoffs in the last few years - Hard to work with some Israeli colleagues due to time difference - Closed club, no real opportunities for growth or management - Understaffed team, sde will have to pick up qa responsibilities as well - Below average pay for Bay Area

      Not much room for internal growth, I feel as though it’ll take me years to grow. Stuck on night shift, didn’t get my preferred day shift.

      Free food, gym, insurance , hybrid schedule is kinda nice

      Cons

      Does not care about employees at all specifically Shari , and Makayla worst mangers to work under literally spring a random test on you then fire you for no reason Shari was very very rude also very difficult to move up in the company
