Pros

the benefits were good and some coworkers were genuine and helpful and the ceo is very informative thats about it honestly

Cons

they stated that in order to get fired you would need points because of there points system which wasnt the case on top of that the pay isnt that great compared to the work they give you they barely train and email you things to learn basically on your own you have a title but among the title your doing a bunch of things as well waiting to see if they lied about profit sharing as well

Thank you for sharing your experience with us and we’re sorry to hear you didn’t have the experience you were looking for. At BlueVine, we’re constantly trying new ways of doing things, iterating quickly, and sometimes discontinuing systems that may not optimize the employee experience. We tested a points-based system for a while, and based on feedback like yours and others’, we decided to move in a different direction. Those practices have been updated and the feedback has been very positive. If you have questions about your specific compensation situation, please contact us and we’ll be happy to speak with you 1:1. ~The BlueVine People Team

Pros

Catered lunches, insurance benefits, internet stipend

Cons

Not much room for internal growth, I feel as though it’ll take me years to grow. Stuck on night shift, didn’t get my preferred day shift.
