Fun place to work. Well managed with daily team meetings so everyone was always on the same page. I worked outside a lot, but always had what I needed to do my job, and the support of my manager. If I didn't have to move out of state, I would still be working there. Awesome benefits, and fair salary and I always had access to the CEO if I had questions.

Growth opportunity is somewhat dismal as this is a small company. You have to be here a long time to move up the ladder

Bad business practice. VERY low compensation NO BENEFITS Expectation of you to use your own car and tools without compensating you. Hiking up mountains during Arizona's PEAK heat @ around 112° carrying 100+ lbs of batterys and equipment for minimum wage. Dangerous work for minimum wage. NO PER DIEM when out of town for work. NO water is provided for you. NO lunch breaks Very anti your beliefs in politics. Will shove Liberal propaganda down your throat all day long.
