Pros
Remote work, a handful of competent individual contributors
Cons
Bluesight's leadership is just a bunch of men who never grew out of bro culture. If you are not a member of the bro club, good luck getting anything moved forward or your work recognized in any real or meaningful way. They do NOT value their employees and completely ignore their expertise, taking a dictatorial approach to "leadership". Many middle managers feel like their hands are tied, and they cannot effect positive change because of this, despite having some excellent ideas. This private equity-backed company is SOLELY focused on profit. They nickel and dime their way to achieve "cost savings" to the detriment of both customers and employees. Don't be fooled by them having "honor the customer" listed in their values - they do NOT care one bit about customer success in any way, shape, or form. CS lives under Sales and should just be called what it really is - revenue growth/upsells and renewals. There is no strategic partnerships with customers outside of "how much money can we squeeze out of you". Company culture is toxic. They dictate that you must be on camera for all meetings and will call individuals out in public if you are "caught" with your camera off (and managers are asked to actually patrol this!!). Every relationship building activity feels forced, like "haha! Look at how cool we are! Look at how much fun we're having!". And you better have a karaoke song in your back pocket because the CEO has a weird obsession with everyone participating in karaoke at company offsites.
