      Pros

      World class professionalism and an innovative business model. I really like the way we look to continuously improve and are proactive, not reactive. Management is great and always willing to listen to input from employees on ways to improve the way we do business.

      Cons

      Because of the state that I live in I am an technically an independent contractor and have to arrange for my own insurance benefits (which the company covers) but other than that I don't have any thing that I would call a "con."

      Pros

      The founder is smart, talented, and dedicated to creating a good user experience. The product is good.

      Cons

      The company lacks any meaningful culture. The CEO, and many others, treat employees as interchangeable parts. The irony is that the company shows little understanding of mental health. A pervasive lack of trust forces people to walk on eggshells, prioritizing what they think the founder wants over doing what’s right. Most Everyone is afraid of the CEO.
