It's a very stable company for such a small size. It still has a dynamic start-up mentality even though it's well past the start-up stage. The work can be interesting as new projects are started regularly (though they may not always come to fruition).

There aren't many processes for doing the basic day-to-day work so everything is quite ad-hoc. The quality of the work produced varies significantly from employee to employee and from project to project as a result. Communication can be extremely patchy between management and employees about all aspects of the business.

Treated like an adult. Given the resources and responsibility to get in with the job so you can feel very proud of your achievements. Great career progression and can really made a difference.

Nothing negative comes to mind.
