Pros
Constant education by the brands and crazy gratis! If your FT you get PTO/401k which is a huge plus. The prices for services are higher than most spas (i.e. Brows here are $25 where some places range from 7-15) so your commission scale can only go up and tips obviously. If you're patient enough to build a book there you can potentially make a nice paycheck, the bonus when you make your LA/M61 goals. Honestly you have to make the best of what you have don't expect things to be handed to you, work for it. Most complaints I see here are people are the ones that probably where on their way out and most like felt like they where wronged.
