      Good pay, and everyone is very friendly and encouraging. Great atmosphere.

      Cons

      Lots of walking. Most advice to management goes ignored. You might feel overworked.

      You only have to deal with management a few times in the day

      Cons

      Management/ Dispatch treat people like they are stupid, unless you’re buddies of theirs. The Vans are filfthy, and they aren’t maintained properly.
