The culture was outstanding. People cared about each other. Product is cutting edge and is creating its own market. Great location in the Denver area. Working with the customers was very rewarding and meeting their needs was empowering.
Cons
Management was very closed off in such a small company. Ideas about how the company was progressing was very limited. Management seemed to keep all ideas to a small group of individuals and did not seem to seek new ideas from the folks working in the trenches.
