Pros

- Experienced, likeable and down to earth colleagues - Good Graduate scheme with a balance between hands-on and theoretical learning - Good support network with other colleagues if required - Often good opportunities for varied project work and if ability to take on more responsibility if suitable - Many projects live a good work-life balance - Salaries are good; £26k Graduate, Consultant £32k to £68k, Sr. Consultant £68 to 100k, Principal £101k+

Cons

- Some projects appear to struggle with work/life balance, however much of it may be down to the specific consultants / project managers - Potential to have limited opportunities depending on current projects - Smaller consultancy feel means opportunities may be limited if fewer projects going on

Pros

Bluefin go out of their way to hire clever, well-rounded, genuine people with a passion for tech. Respected by SAP and recognized as industry leaders. Opportunity for promotions - you won't be stuck in a dead-end position. Get experience with highly business-relevant products.

Cons

Travel can be demanding if you're not prepared. Other companies have higher compensation for the same positions - although this is offset by promotions.
