Pros
The job was very simple, easy, and laid back. One of the assistant managers was a friend of mine and aside from the general manager and the management above them(who you didn't see very often) everyone was fairly young (18-early twenties)
Cons
In the summer it gets very hot and since you have to be outside most of the day that can be difficult when it's busy. The senior manager has a habit of not letting their general managers manage the day to day which can lead to issues. Also once a month everyone (unless they have a valid excuse) has to attend a regional meeting where they talk about inane stuff that nobody making 8.50 an hour cares about.
