Pros
The accounting people are sharp and motivated. Susan, the Accounting lead, really works for and is concerned about her staff. If you are an accountant, she is excellent, and I would recommend her as a leader and to work for.
Cons
The CEO seems scattered and lacks the vision and passion to make it all work. For the CEO, every problem is always because of someone else. Private Equity owns BlueStreet, which brings uncertainty as they could always decide to turn off this experiment.
