If you are still looking for cons after reading pros, then the list is endless: 1. Hiring and firing is a regular affair. None of the MBA graduate stays for more than 1 year. They fired all the MBA grads hired last year with in 1 year 2. Hiring is done not on the basis of talent but on the basis of expertise in office politics 3. Worst work culture- no accountability, no processes. Just random instructions by few key people who themselves are experimenting and burning investor money and are totally clueless about the result. 4. Micro management is everywhere in the company and no one seems to accountable.
