Thank you for providing feedback. We are glad you enjoyed working with the clients and leadership at BlueSprig! We value each of our employees equally and strive to provide support for all team members. We offer flexible scheduling, which is helpful for the clients because their schedules can change without warning. However, center leadership can offer alternative hours, make-up sessions with a client, or hours at a neighboring center. In terms of pay, we work diligently to ensure that we are competitive in the field, which is why we have created multiple incentives and bonus plans for the hard work put into changing the world for children with autism. We will continue to find ways to make our processes more efficient so our employees can continue doing what they love!
