Communicating important information to the appropriate staff does not always happen, but I have seen improvement in this area since the start up of BSP.

Also, we are sorry you felt that communication was not as it should be. Local leadership visit and meet with their teams to provide two-way communication. They communicate their needs in the field to support services, but we are an organization of continuous improvement, so we are always looking for ways to be better.
The work is meaningful and rewarding. Employees have the opportunity to make a positive impact on children and families. Many team members are passionate about the mission and committed to providing quality care.
