      short shifts -so more home time. I make work decisions and set my own pace.

      Cons

      Non-English speaking managers and co-workers. Pay not the best - internet search indicates that pay is less than other contract cleaners.

      Nobody has any idea what's going on. People are afraid of leadership. Don't think leadership does any work or mentorship besides existing to scare employees
