Pros

- Flexible work-from-home policy, which helps offset otherwise high pressure -Learning & Development team is genuinely strong and well-intentioned

Cons

- Within the first couple of months, it became clear that leadership operates from a fear-driven, top-down mindset rather than trust and enablement - Heavy focus on offshoring and outsourcing customer-facing functions has materially increased strain on North American teams and negatively impacted customer experience - Sales targets and expectations are frequently disconnected from on-the-ground reality, which leads to burnout and attrition rather than sustainable performance - Employee churn and customer churn are both increasingly visible internally and externally, despite revenue growth masking these issues - 5-star reviews that frame dissatisfaction as “laziness” feel dismissive of legitimate concerns and undermine trust rather than addressing root causes...Aug.21, and Dec. 4 specifically. Overall, the company today is meaningfully different from how it is presented during hiring. My short tenure here was less about fit and more about misalignment between leadership optics and operational reality.

Pros

Wellness days and flexible hours

Cons

This used to be a great place to work. It’s become toxic, especially for women. Female leaders and employees continue to disappear while external male hires are repeatedly prioritized over qualified internal candidates. Entire teams have been restructured in ways that disproportionately impacted women while men were promoted into those roles instead. HR is there to protect the company, not employees. Repeated complaints about the same people go nowhere, and concerns are routinely dismissed. Public humiliation, favoritism, retaliation, and demotions have become normalized. Long-tenured high performers are being pushed out and replaced by aggressive leadership styles that are destroying what was once a strong culture. If you value growth, support, or psychological safety, look elsewhere.
