      Pros

      I appreciate the BB1 culture that values people as our biggest asset - which are our staff firstly, and definitely our our customers and suppliers. Professional, high achiever, high trust culture that is focused on doing the right thing

      Cons

      Working remotely means we don't get to see each other face to face & team building is more challenging this way. COVID impact has been tough and intense at times (not unique to BB1). We have a very supportive management team though and I am confident we will overcome the challenges

      Thank you for the great comments about BlueBridge One! We are hearing a lot about the challenges of working remotely and realise we need to up our game in this regard. We are working on developing some team building initiatives so let us know if you have any ideas :)

      Pros

      They have good benefits for employees They are a very friendly company A lot of learning and growing room for inexperienced employees.

      Cons

      We need more engagement and social activities in the office/with one another as employees. Since we are in Discovery, we can do marathons, hikes, social lunches once a month or every 2 months at least. Social engagements are necessary.

We don't qualify for all of the Discovery add ons due to our size but we are regularly reviewing this as we grow. Please reach out to HR or Facilities if you would be interested in organising some social events, it would be great to hear what you have in mind.
