Pros

Customers lovely stores bright customers nice

Cons

Rude owners more training than needed. Does not listen to staff who have experience in sales. I Targets unrealistic. High turnover of staff no wonder. Negative vibes from owners. Beware you need to push add ins and products customers don’t really want. Bad refund policy staff not allowed to use there own discretion. No feedback after training. Terrible company Never in all my experience of working life have I ever come across such rude employers come into the shop and ignore you very bad.

Pros

Great customer base & nice work colleagues. Some amazing pieces of stock but these are few & far between. Very hard to live up to the companies hype as it is certainly not the unique shopping experience a customer expects.

Cons

Shabby treatment of all staff whether long standing or new by the directors made for an unpleasant work experience. Condescending & rude at the best of times they prefer to email insults rather than discuss directly with staff. Micro manage all branches but do not deal with difficulties with customer complaints....preferring to leave it to staff to take the flack means unnecessary stress & worry . Constantly leaving stores under stocked with the items customers repeatedly request whilst still maintaining they are unique...it was always expected that staff must push stock no matter what it was. Just make money. Needless to say much is made at interview stage about incentive of bonuses but hand on heart these are not attainable no matter how hard you try because basically the stock lets you down.....Christmas shopping starts in October & not last two before Xmas when stock arrives so many many lost sales. All this is put down to staffs ineptitude even though the stock is sitting around elsewhere & not put into stores. It doesn’t matter how good a sales person you are you just won’t be able to achieve ridiculously high targets without correct stock....that’s just basic business logic.

Pros

Nice pieces of jewellery. Some nice customers. Some were regular customers.

Cons

Owners did not care about staff or their customers. Money orientated. Had some very upset customers who had had poor feedback from owners or had no feedback at all over a few weeks. All shops have CCTV installed and you are monitored whilst the shops are open so you feel you are constantly being watched., even in the staff room(store room) Would not recommend anyone to work for them. High turnover of staff due to the way they were treated.
