Poor Management - Ex-employee Blue Star Plastics Employee Review

They praise the worst employees that fail at their job. Machines are not kept in good shape and break down all the time. The good employees do not get recognized for their hard work. Especially when the good employees are doing the job of the worst employees. Management has favorites and they are not afraid to show it. If you are not in the "click" you will be treated poorly. They can't seem to keep HR personnel very long. There are no long term managers. No long term outlook for employment, this will be a temporary place to work at.
