Pros
Casual atmosphere, office events monthly/quaterly to keep up the moral. Flexible hours, Informal dress code, friendly colleagues, Spouse get together half yearly and clean and confortable office which made your day ease. PTR, UVD and GoBe robots are quite interesting. A nice place to learn about robotics.
Cons
No employee bonus, no pension scheme, employee share program isn't beneficial. No job security. Undefined work flow, process flow and directive.
