Some good clients, decent work life balance, you're given a lot of responsibility. Full medical insurance.
Cons
The con is John. Sweet at first but soon transpires to have some sort of Miranda Priestly complex. Ridiculously harsh over really irrelevant things like where you leave the art section of the NYT on his desk or being 1-2 minutes late. Will speak about you in the third person as if you are not there. An immature, bit chy and passive aggressive individual who participates in workplace bullying and sadly the other senior staff just ignore it because he is top dog which leads to a really nasty atmosphere.
