Great for people who are EXTREMELY flexible when it comes to the hot-topic of the day. There is constant change and if you want experience moving and shaking, this is the atmosphere for you.

Very poor and inconsistent executive communication. Projects see never-ending scope creep which derails many efforts, regardless of measures put in place to mitigate such issues. The lack of trust among the leadership team is clear and pours over into other executives & middle management resulting in back-biting and a lack of camaraderie which trickles down further resulting in disillusioned and disconnected teams with a high employee churn rate.
