Not what I was told - Sub Contractor Blue Chip Maintenance Employee Review

The company is set up so that they, meaning Blue Chip, charges for your labor. Most jobs are repairs on rental houses, which is fine; however the pay schedule is false. A sub will be paid $100 to replace a toilet, this includes the time and gas to get to said job, diagnostics, getting the toilet, and seating the toilet. No compensation for anything.. most jobs are 1 hr away. Tenants are pissed off and it’s very difficult to reconcile that a sub gets paid.
