Pros

Dan is a good guy but makes it sound much better than it is.

Cons

To start, the job title to apply for online are all worded differently. For example, entry level sales rep and account manager are two. They make it sound like there is more than one type of position when in reality it is all the same exact job. You stand in Best buy or Walmart and try to bribe people to buy DirectTV. Customers go to these stores for something in particular not trying to get sold an unwanted product. You work weekends when Best Buy or Walmart is most busy.

LOL! This reviewer says they are a current employee but... obviously hasn't worked for Blue Chip Endeavors. We do work with several retailers here in the Detroit Metro area and beyond but Best Buy is not one of them. We have not worked in Best Buys for over a year. If you have worked for us anytime recently you would know that. I don't feel that any of our job titles are misleading because as an Account Manager we do sales, marketing, and customer service for our customers. If you read more than just the titles themselves you would realize that. If you consider offering our customers the best promotions they can get anywhere as bribery, then we are guilty. We are also guilty of providing our customers with the best experience possible as their personal Account Managers and of bringing DIRECTV their most loyal customers. We do work many weekends just like doctors, the world's most successful entrepreneurs, best athletes, and entertainers. We are willing to do the things now other people won't to get things in the future other people can't. If you were a part of our company for any period of time you would also know that the opportunity is actually better than I make it sound during the interview. You would find out that much of our team has been with us for years and that we hire because we are an expanding company that continues to expand to new markets and to represent new clients. I'm sorry you're bitter you weren't offered a position with our company, you are welcome to reapply with our company in the future.

Pros

I love working at Blue Chip Endeavors. Starting from the very beginning of taking on the Account Manager position, the team has been engaged and encouraging in my training. I have never had a manager embrace my goals and personally help me hit them. Blue Chip Endeavor's motto is that they put people first and I am a first hand witness to it. The team embodies their company values. Good people doing good things for each other and their customers while also developing their people for a greater life.

Cons

Not a con but with any business be on time

Pros

This company is great for people who want the consistency of a base hourly rate and the opportunity to work hard and earn much more through their commissions and bonuses. The training was awesome, a combination of in office training and hands on training. I had no prior sales experience but was able to make my first sale on my second day with a little help from my trainer. All of the employees got paid training. Coworkers were very career focused and fun. I got to know my coworkers very well and we would also hang out outside the office regularly and everyone in the office was very helpful. Overall I was able to make a lot more money than just an hourly position and learn much more than I thought I would I just few months before my fiance and I had to move due to his military obligations. The president of Blue Chip Endeavors (Dan) also gave me a great recommendation after I left which helped me get my current position after moving

Cons

This position and compensation was initially hard to explain to my fiance and family because they've never worked this type of position. Some weeks I would get a $400-500 check and some weeks it would be 900-1000. There was no paid time off either, but I was able to take time off by just letting the manager know in advance.
