I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Blue Chip Endeavors (Detroit, MI) in Dec 2022
Interview
I was contacted a few days after applying and was set up for a Zoom interview the next day. The interview was not one on one. There was a group of 3-4 managers/interviewers and they each had 2 people they had to interview at once. The interview itself wasn't an awful process, just a fairly standard group interview. However my main issue was they vagueness with the listing. It felt extremely misleading to me. This job is just selling phones for AT&T in Targets and Walmarts. The indeed listing makes it seem like an office setting sales position, when its really just retail with a few extra steps. And when the interviewer asked what we knew about the company he admitted that the vagueness was by design. It feels intentionally misleading.

I applied online. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Blue Chip Endeavors in Aug 2021
Interview
I applied in indeed and received a phone call about a week later. The caller was very friendly and personable. Interview scheduled on the phone immediately after a few questions.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Blue Chip Endeavors (Dearborn, MI) in Mar 2021
Interview
I was blind sided by the fact this is practically a door to door selling position. The title of the position is a blatant lie and offensive to those who are actually looking for mid-level career positions. Do not waste your time if you are someone of higher education.
