Pros

They have SOME of the loveliest people I've ever met

Cons

They are a terrible company to work for, management don't care for their staff at all unless they are as corrupt as themselves and are willing to do anything to make money. If your priority is to genuinely help the people who go to them for help who are in desperate situations then your time at blue apple will be short lived, they may pretend to want to help but it is a fascia to what is more important to them and that is making money and their attitude to staff is the same. Blue apple also have a knack for employing people who would find it hard to get employment elsewhere which enables them to mould these people into doing precisely what they say and also to make them work themselves to the bone knowing it would be hard to find a position like that again. I've seen staff work before and after work hours as they are given more work than possibly able to do in work hrs and they do this as they are scared of getting sacked. Such a hard and sad place to work. The turnover is as sad averaging 2 members of staff being sacked or leaving.

Pros

This is a small company where everyone knows and supports each other. Certainly, when I was there, even the company owners were accessible and easy to talk to, even to challenge on occasions. Here is a company that encourages individuality and doesn't think a square peg should fit into a round hole. Diversity of personalty and character adds richness to the team and management recognises this. Having such an inclusive strategy, the leaders of Blue Apple know and understand the staff and their idiosyncrasies and embrace both work and life experience as immensely valuable.

Cons

This is a small company which means there is a low ceiling for ambition. It goes with the territory because it is a very small company.
