Pros
BluShark is a really great company to work at, especially as a young professional looking to get a role that pillars on professional development within the SEO industry. I started here in their fellowship and can definitely say they invest a lot of time to make that experience both structured and worthwhile - which I can definitely say is not a "standard" across similar opportunities. More than this, I can speak very highly on the managerial system here. Having been here for a while now, I've had multiple managers and have nothing but good things to say about all of them. In my personal experience, those reasons on their own really set BluShark on a different level.
Cons
I think any cons would definitely be subjective, but things to consider are the pay and that the company is a primarily remote work environment.
