Pros

Leaving the company and getting a better job within a better agency where you can learn and earn. Not taking a job with them you’ll be gone within 6 months like most others

Cons

First of all they are leaving fake positive reviews on Glassdoor to try and hide their bad reputation. Lowest basic salary around - only just got rid of £5000 threshold because most consultants left last year from bad treatment and quality of working environment. Bad management all around. Irrelevant and high kpis all focused on building up a database and not actually making money or servicing clients. Pushed to spam company and client email inboxes and made to get Terms of business signed with no actual intention of filling any requirements. Staff treated badly - one team leader went through a consultants personal emails once and found they were looking to leave, she was then sacked the next day. Bad working environment masked by small incentives. Consultants mostly don’t bill with some only ever making 3 deals a month top if that. 90% staff left last year due to bad ethics. Poor training - not specialists at all. Only hire trainees who aren’t aware of how bad it is. There are better places to work out there. Give this a miss.

Pros

I can honestly say the only pros were home-time and the location.

Cons

Why avoid; - Lower salary compared to the industry average - Ridiculous commission structure - False hopes of promotions, New York offices, etc - It is a database building exercise. You are allocated a list of companies which you have to call day in, day out - No respect for client privacy, even if somebody asks to be opted out of the call list, they keep them in the database - You report to your manager 3 times day - Micromanaged - No lunch until you make at least 10 cold calls - 20 mins to go and get lunch, you are then 'encouraged' to eat it at your desk, oh and somebody has to go with you.
