The company really lives by its “no drama” culture, and there are plenty of opportunities to grow in your role and learn new things.

It’s not necessarily a con, but the company does move at a fast pace, so you have to be comfortable being proactive, self-serving, and continuously learning. It’s a great environment for someone who enjoys being challenged and stretching beyond their current skill set. If you’re looking for a slower, steadier pace, this may not be the best fit.
