Pros

You get real ownership and trust early — you’re not just executing, you’re building. High-growth environment with plenty of exposure to strategy, execution, and everything in between. A creative, ambitious team that genuinely cares about craft (copy, design, performance, ops — all of it matters). Founders are visionary and emotionally invested in the mission. Every campaign feels personal — from Mother's Day to collabs with big brands. You’ll learn a lot, fast — from Shopify ops to growth loops, media buying, and automation workflows. Strong emotional reward in building a brand that creates real moments of happiness for customers.

Cons

The pace is intense — if you’re not adaptable or self-motivated, you’ll struggle. Roles evolve quickly, sometimes without formal handovers or training. Limited structure in early days; you’ll often build the playbook as you go. Not a cushy corporate setup — resources are tight, expectations are high, and the learning curve is steep.

Pros

Supportive and friendly teammates who are always willing to help each other during peak seasons (especially Valentine’s and Mother’s Day). Good exposure to different parts of the business, you get to liaise with logistics, marketing, and product teams.

Cons

Workload can be very heavy during festive periods, expect long hours and tight deadlines. Processes can feel a bit unstructured at times, especially when handling last minute orders or customer escalations. Career growth opportunities are there but may require taking initiative rather than waiting for clear pathways.
