Getting out was the only pro.

Having to re-submit my review as it seems the leadership complained about what I said (typical control). Joining this organisation was the biggest mistake of my life. It looks good from the outside and they talk a good talk but once you get in you realise how terrible it is. There is nothing but incompetence at the top (all of them) and they try and control everything (with no skills to do so - procurement company with no procurement experience!). The company is founded on greed. All we do is chase money everyday and when the money doesn’t come we get treated like dirt by the exec team. The whole thing is a scam to make one man rich. The execs are only there to feather their own nest and will use us all to do that then spit us out. Everyone is sad and looking for a way out If you’re reading this and wonder whether you should join - don’t do it.
