- work with one of the big players in bitcoin industry. - great startup philosophy with a very friendly and fun team. - freedom to be creative and make your proposals. - very rich team with people from very different places.
Cons
You won't find a very rigid structure and will need to be proactive to find your path. Which I think is a good thing but for some people which might want a lot of guidance could be bad.
