-Surrounded by brilliant individuals with decorated backgrounds, who are approachable and eager to work with you. -Constantly challenged to be a thought leader and improve the business -For my role specifically, project work takes up about 20% of your time and you have the ability to choose what you want to work on and where you want to make an impact
Cons
Not a lot of hands on mentoring-- you are expected to jump in and learn on the go. Some people enjoy this environment, others can struggle. We are looking to improve this overall.
