There was always a changing goal coming from senior team, and there was a general lack of focus for the company to succeed in a specific area. There were too many goals to try and achieve at once, with a lot of overlap in how teams worked on different projects. It was frustrating at times to not know who to ask questions to or what resources were available to us to complete tasks.
