      Everyone works in the same large room It feels very impersonal Not alot of communication goes on in that large room.

      Pros

      Plenty of freedom to make decisions. Very hands off management that just allows you to work.

      Cons

      Not many. Nitpicking, but I felt a bit too insulated from the rest of the company. They were trying to make sure I wasn't bogged down and could focus, but it would probably have been helpful for the sake of the project to be exposed to more of the company workings.
