Pros
1. The work culture of Eternal is one of the best in new age companies and in some parameters at par to Google or Microsoft. 2. No Cabin culture creates an environment where even an intern can reach out to director level person to figure out things.
Cons
The only negative I see is this that they give too much importance to top-tier colleges especially in case of masters.
