This company has everything I want in a culture: supportive people, mentally stimulating, challenging to the point of personal growth, but not to the point of burnout. The people within it are industry leaders, world talents - and yet, you never feel a shred of ego around. Incredibly supportive, kind and welcoming environment.

No cons whatsoever. I will return to this company one day, but not as an intern.

The work is very flexible and fun because sometimes Blind is tasked with coming up with solutions to the issues companies are facing that can't be solved by many other firms.

Lack of clear hierarchy on projects that can lead to confusion.
