There are too many to name. This is by far the most toxic work environment I have ever experienced in 20+ years of my career. There is a so called 'tribe leadership team' that do everything in complete secrecy, don't consult those in the know when making key decisions and will then take all the credit when something goes well. This leadership, or lack of, stems from the very top though. The COO (as mentioned in other reviews here) is without doubt one of the most uninspiring, narcissistic and borderline bully amongst the executive team and that way of working transpires down the ladder causing misery to those actually doing the job. Everything is urgent, everything was needed yesterday and nothing is ever good enough. This is a sinking ship and cant continue as is!
I was told to read the reviews before joining the company and I ignored that advice, and I wish I didn't. The job market is quiet at the moment but I cannot wait to be out of here.
Product, Delivery and Engineering - the 3 core areas of any software development organisation - are broken. We have lost so many good people over the last 12 months it's becoming a running joke amongst the team. The staff retention rates here are ridiculous, it is incredibly rare for someone to stay longer than 18+ months.
HR call themselves the 'People team'. Well if you are reading this do something for your 'people' before it becomes too late!!
