They pay you the salary you want and give good benefits as a way to use this to guilt trip you into working unsociable hours. There is not a worklife balance here. Very toxic work environment, the COO is incredibly difficult to work with, very condescending and speaks to people like delinquent children. You can see work colleagues rolling their eyes whilst you are speaking in meetings (The worst behaviour I have witnessed in any workplace). A million and one unnecessary meetings and still expect you to perform in your role. They want you to perform tasks in the speed of light and will threaten you with being fired if you don't complete them in time. No diversity whatsoever and they don't care about it! People leave so often it is worrying, not normal for a company of their size.
