      Pros

      Growth opportunities for all employees. HR department is awesome and I love our Performance Management System. Team collaboration, we all work together. Market based salaries based on Salary.com plus bonus . Great benefits, PTO, flex work and hybrid opportunities. CEO is a visionary with an open door policy.

      Cons

      This is not the place for folks who need a lot of hand holding and micro management .

      Pros

      Well developed company culture. Everyone is treated with respect and provided with opportunities. I have been able to make contributions because management is willing to listen to all perspectives. Compensation is fair and merit-based. This is a successful company with a clear path to growth in the next years.

      Cons

      I have seen other comments about the parking. It's true, it's limited, mostly due to all of the car dealerships in the area.
