      Pros

      stone work is sort of entertaining and satisfying. Tops look good when jobs are done well. Upward mobility in company. Good bunch of guys in install/template depts.

      Cons

      Long hours. Expected overnights. High turnover rate at company. Antiquated pay rate. Employees aren’t worth much to employer.
