      Extremely hands on. Provided lots of direction and flexibility and was able to pursue my own interested within the company.

      Not much management or oversight, expects you to do everything yourself, not much help

      The pay is low. Staffing isn’t enough to meet workload, no performance based raises for entry level employees, and very few promotions available
