Pros

There were never any problems with the salary payment. Quite a good insurance provider. They don't skimp on appointments or sick leave.

Cons

Micromanagement Poor communication with employees Training is very brief and simply not enough They don’t care about mental health issues Will silent fire you Condescending treatment from people in the US towards Latino people Complaints and feedback are useless No opportunity for growth unless you are part of the inner circle
