Working at BlackLocus has been an amazing experience. The small and diverse team feels like your family away from home. The company believes in servant leadership, which means it's your boss's job to help you succeed. Data science work was very interesting with a lot of space for creativity.

Most people are nice. Somewhat flexible work schedule. Stocked kitchen.

The company is so concerned with having collaboration among Senior Management, it’s a detriment to everyone. They have a Senior Manager who thinks they know everything about everything, when in essence not knowing much or having any experience at all in matters in which they are making company-wide decisions. Would you rather have your plumber work on your car, or your auto mechanic? (auto mechanic is the correct answer) BTW….they have their entire Senior Management staff working on a response to this and all other reviews, even though they have a more than qualified person to respond, but yet will not allow them to do so on their own.
