Able to work from home. Team/co-workers within my department are more like friends than just co-workers. There is collaboration and respect among teams that work together in a certain department. Health insurance/401K. PTO
Cons
Leadership is disconnected from the reality of what the worker bees do daily and the stress that they are put under daily by the decisions made at the top. Lack of effective onboarding for new hires and lack of training for current employees on new systems. Current employees make less than those being hired in, and are not valued for their dedication to the company. There is a disconnect between departments and a lack of organizational direction where everyone knows where to go for assistance. Certain teams are made responsible for the lack of process and accountability of other teams. Work/life balance is not valued.
